Delivery Options
Free standard delivery on orders over £60
Standard Delivery £3.99
We will deliver your purchase within 2-3 days via Royal Mail. We deliver Monday-Saturday, except bank holidays.
Next Day Delivery £5.99
You can select our next day delivery service at checkout and if your order is placed before 6pm your parcel will be delivered the next day before 8 pm via DHL. Orders placed after the cut off will be delivered within 2 days.
Selected orders might not be eligible for Next day delivery, this will be clear in checkout.
Please note that Next Day Delivery is not available for parcels larger than 700x500x600mm.
Holiday Shipping & Returns Update
Please note that no orders will be shipped between 24th December 2025 and 5th January 2026, as our office will be closed during this period.
Next Day Delivery will not be available from 23 December 2025 to 5 January 2026.
Before placing your order, please ensure that all contact and shipping details are correct, as orders cannot be amended while our office is closed.
During the closure period:
- No refunds will be processed
- Orders cannot be changed or cancelled
- All orders placed between 24 December 2025 and 5 January 2026 are final and will be dispatched once the office reopens
Orders placed during this time cannot be cancelled or refunded prior to dispatch. However, once received, you may return your order in line with our returns process.
To accommodate the holiday period, our returns policy has been extended until the end of January 2026 for all orders placed from 1 December 2025 onwards.
